- Download the Superintendent Endorsement Letter.
- Copy the text into your district letterhead.
- Sign the document.
- Fax a copy of the letter to Mountain Measurement at (866) 231-1754.
- Mail, fax, or e-mail a copy of the letter to the eligible principals in your district. A representative from Mountain Measurement will identify these schools to you by phone.
